What is Health Coaching Health coaching is motivating and educating individuals to cultivate positive health choices in nutrition, physical activities, relationships, lifestyle and other elements of life that can impact markers of health such as stress, weight and energy levels. I will guide you to explore areas where you need attention and will make recommendations for basic health-supportive behavior changes. You will be encouraged to hold yourself accountable for your choices while I support you in your decisions. I will always recommend consultation with your doctor or medical practitioner before suggesting a change of medication, making major dietary changes or starting a new fitness routine. We offer a complimentary 50 minute consultation . Coaching services are conducted physically, by phone or virtually.
