Holistic nutrition helps prevent illness by nourishing the body and mind by promoting the body's natural self-healing abilities. In this course we are integrating nutrition and wellness to create prevention management, increasing energy levels, enhanced immune function, improved digestion, optimized weight management, reduced inflammation and mental health. Energize to Execute Are you experiencing a chronic disease or illness? Many of us experience a lack of energy from the foods we eat or don't. Without energy, it can be difficult to harness self-management skills when you have a chronic condition. This program teaches self-management skills (tools) to handle the daily functions while living with your illness. This is accomplished by implementing abilities in problem solving, action planning, regular exercise, healthy eating, good sleep habits, stress management, and so much more! There are still chores to do, friendships to maintain, jobs to perform and relationships to continue. |
The Mind-Body Connection Dive into the Interconnectedness of the body, mind and spirit with the Nourish & Flourish and Empowering Energy courses. Experience the best of the two where you will energize your body with natural remedies and gain energy to activate the healing process. While healing from life giving foods, you will learn to apply the self-management tools for your day-to-day functioning. You will handle your activities by working effectively with different tasks and ease the problems of living with your condition. Learn new coping skills to adapt to the way you enjoy life. |
